Could not fault the staff, very respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. At a time when things are so difficult they sorted everything without a problem quietly and efficiently.

Rosie was so helpful, respectful and showed compassion with each step of the process. All members of staff were dignified, supportive and professional, from the men who transported Mum from her home address, and all members of staff who dealt with my sisters and I.
