Doug and team looked after our loved one with so much care and respect, which was reassuring at such a sad time. We appreciated the support that Doug offered us and with his help brought all the detail of the funeral together, ensuring the day was memorable and dignified. From the first contact with Rosie I knew we had found the right place for organising my dad's funeral. Rosie was very professional, kind and compassionate and explained everything clearly. Always on hand to answer any questions and organised everything perfectly. Doug made sure everything ran smoothly and professionally on the day, it could not have gone any better. We were so pleased with the service received from Trafford Lowe and definitely recommend them.

Having never had to organise a funeral before we didn’t really know what to do or expect however we needn’t have worried. From the moment we met Rosie she went through everything we needed to do with patience and compassion and then continued to have regular communication to make sure everything was being done as we wanted. Their commitment to make the funeral as stress free for us was such a thoughtful gesture and Doug couldn’t have made us feel any more reassured that everything would go accordingly.
